The LZ Series Metallic Tube Variable-Area Liquid Horizontal Flowmeter is an industrial instrument based on the variable-area measurement principle, specifically designed for continuous flow measurement of liquid media. It is widely used in petroleum, chemical, metallurgical, power, pharmaceutical, water treatment, and other process industries. This product is based on the classic float-type variable-area measurement principle. When the liquid being measured enters the flowmeter from the inlet under pipeline pressure, the fluid flows axially along the measuring tube and pushes the float upwards. As the float rises, the annular flow area formed between the float and the inner wall of the conical measuring tube gradually increases until the upward fluid force on the float reaches a dynamic equilibrium with its weight, buoyancy, and resistance. The LZ series features an optimized internal design for float guidance and stability, ensuring that even when gravity is perpendicular to the flow direction, the float maintains good central positioning and smooth movement, thereby reducing friction, vibration, and measurement errors.
